      1. Request for early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability with corresponding charges.
      2. Special requests and preferences may not be guaranteed and are always subject to availability or applicable fees.
      3. Safety is a top priority. All facilities and services are subject to availability and safe weather conditions.
      4. For the security of all in-house guests, visitors must register at the front desk. Visiting hours are until 10:00 pm, and additional charges apply for visitors staying overnight.
    2. Kindly present the following documents upon check-in:
      1. If the name on the booking confirmation matches the name on the credit/debit card, please present a valid government-issued ID with a photo and signature, along with the same credit card used to confirm the booking.
      2. If the name on the booking confirmation differs from the name on the credit/debit card, please provide a valid government-issued ID matching the name on the booking confirmation, an original authorization letter signed by the credit/debit cardholder, and a photocopy of the cardholder’s valid government-issued ID with photo and signature.

        • Kindly present your booking confirmation, valid government ID, and official vaccination cards (such as Vaxcert, LGU-issued vaccination card, and official government vaccination certificates). Additionally, guests are required to fill out the Boracay Tourist Registration Form.
    3. A refundable incidental deposit of ₱2,000.00 will be collected upon check-in and shall be refunded after check-out clearance.
      1. Shortened stay will be subject to the entire period charge whether or not the guest fully consumes his/her entire booking
      2. Stained and damaged linens/towels will have corresponding charges
      3. Lost room key card is subject to an extra charge of ₱500.00 per card

    4. Smoking and cooking are not allowed inside the premises. Designated smoking areas are marked inside the property. A penalty of ₱10,000.00 will be charged per smoking/cooking violation.
    5. Pets or animals of any kind or breed are not allowed inside the premises. Exception is granted for service animals; subject to completion of all documentary requirements prior to check-in. All service animals must follow the rules and regulations of the management while inside the premises and their owner accepts full liability for their service animal.
    6. Bringing of outside food and beverage are also not allowed and will be discarded prior to entry.
    7. Commercial photography equipment, drones, and other heavy/professional equipment are not allowed inside the premises unless coordinated and approved by the property in writing prior to the check-in date.
    8. Regulations implemented by the Philippine Government and other official government agencies shall prevail. Certain travel restrictions may be imposed without the prior consent of the management. It is the responsibility of the guests to verify current restrictions prior to check-in.
    9. The hotel is not responsible for personal belongings and valuables such as money, jewelry, or any other valuables left by guests. The hotel accepts no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss and damage thereto and the guest remains solely responsible for the safekeeping of any such items.
